RENTAL INFORMATION for MEMORIAL SERVICES

It has long been customary for the Greater Hansville Community Center to provide space free of charge for memorial services where the decedent was a Greater Hansville area resident.  We are happy to continue this tradition of community service and offer the West Room which will comfortably seat 150 people without tables.

A refundable damage deposit and certificate of insurance naming Greater Hansville Community Center as additional insured is required for the use of any part of the Community Center building including memorial services. These items need to be received prior to the date of the rental.

The East room and Kitchen are available at regular rental rates. Please refer to the rental rate chart for the required fees.  Should additional spaces or equipment be desired, those rental fees can be included on the deposit check or paid separately.  Checks should be made payable to GHCC.

Please refer to the information on the rental and rental application links on our website (www.hansville.org).  All the guidelines and rules apply to memorial services. The deposit will be returned to the person securing the Center when the Center is returned to the standard room layout as described in the rental information section and the items on the check-out sheet are completed and initialed.
